The accounting and advisor firm Centri Business Consulting, LLC says it has capped off another highly successful year with a 36% increase in its year-over-year top-line revenue in 2023.
The year was highlighted by several key additions to the firm’s senior leadership team, nearly 100 promotions, and securing a significant growth capital facility from Fulton Bank that will power the firm’s momentum into 2024 and beyond. Centri continued to expand its service offerings and geographic footprint to better serve clients nationwide.
Centri’s growth in 2023 continues a trend of remarkable success and organic growth that has defined the firm since its inception. The firm’s relentless entrepreneurial spirit has led to an increase in top-line revenue of 93% over the past two years and an astounding 260% increase in its top-line revenue over the past three years. Recognizing the firm’s continued trajectory, Accounting Today named the company the eighth fastest-growing accounting firm in the country in 2023.

2023 saw the expansion of the firm’s C Suite with the promotion of Christopher Mora to the role of Chief Revenue Officer and the hiring of Christian DeChurch as its Chief Financial Officer. In addition, long-time Centri leader Jerry Wik assumed the newly created role of President. The firm also graduated its first Path to Partner program class, a comprehensive training curriculum designed to prepare the firm’s high-achieving Managing Directors to successfully transition to the role of Partner. Beyond its new Partner class, the company set a new record with 96 total promotions during the year.
Centri continued to enhance its service offerings in 2023 with the addition of a new tax practice led by new partner Tim Cobb and the bolstering of several practices, including its insurance and healthcare industry practices, as well as significant growth in its M&A Advisory practice. It also continued its geographic expansion into the Atlanta market under the leadership of a new partner, Nathan Childers.
The firm’s focus on culture earned it a spot on the Philadelphia Business Journal 2023 Best Places to Work list. The firm’s obsession with its people-first mentality also allows the organization to provide exceptional support to its clients and give back to the communities we operate within. In 2023, over 100 team members donated 600+ hours and over $25,000 to local nonprofits across seven markets as a part of Centri’s inaugural Community Collaboration Day.
